"Got there in the end"
One of the items had an issue, and I’ll be honest, once I’d paid I did start to worry a bit about how much help I’d actually get. It took a few emails and a bit of waiting, which didn’t exactly help that feeling, but Danetti did arrange a replacement quickly in the end. The team were helpful when they got back to me, and it all got sorted. I’d probably use them again, just with a little caution.

"Super sturdy chairs"
We bought our dining chairs from Danetti last year, and they’ve been GREAT. The kids use them every single day, and they still feel really solid, no wobbling, and barely any marks. I’m really happy with how well they’ve held up.

"Pretty good for the price"
For what I paid, I’m happy with it. The quality is nice, not like super high-end or anything, but definitely better than I expected for the price. Delivery was fine too, nothing amazing but it got here without any issues. It’s not perfect, there are a couple little things I noticed, but nothing that would stop me from ordering again. I’d probably buy from them again if I needed something similar.

It arrived on time and everything was pretty much fine. No real issues to complain about, which is always nice. If anything had gone wrong it probably would’ve been avoidable, but my experience was smooth...

"Easy return, no fuss"
We ended up sending the chair back because the colour wasn’t quite right in our room, just didn’t work with the other thing in there. I thought it might be a bit of a pain, but it was actually really straightforward. I filled out the form, got a quick reply, and they sorted the collection without loads of messages back and forth. The refund came through a few days later too. really good service and I’ve got no complaints

"Color wasn’t what I expected"
I ordered the grey chairs, but when they arrived they looked way more beige to me. Maybe it’s just the lighting or my expectations, but I really don’t think they match the photos. I reached out to support too, and the replies were slow and didn’t really help much. Has anyone else had this happen?

"Looks great, just wish it felt a bit sturdier"
The table looks really nice in my room and feels solid overall. The finish is better than I was expecting, which was a nice surprise. It did take me a little while to put together, but nothing too frustrating. I’d probably give it 5 stars if it felt just a little more sturdy, you know?

I’d been shopping around for a dining table and, like I’ve experienced before with furniture orders, most places were quoting really long delivery times. Danetti actually had the one I wanted in stock, which was a nice surprise. Ordering was simple and I got updates along the way. it was just good not to be waiting months for once. I’d happily use them again...

"Good deal, even if I wasn’t planning to buy"
I ended up buying a dining set from Danetti after spotting it on promo. I’d looked around a bit and the price was definitely better than a few other places, so the discount actually felt worth it. I’m not usually someone who gets swayed by sales, but this one did make the difference. Happy with what I paid, though I probably wouldn’t rush to buy at full price. I’d definitely check them out again when they’ve got offers on.

"So much easier to put together than other flat-pack furniture"
I ordered a dining table from Danetti and was genuinely surprised at how straightforward it was to assemble. Compared with a few other furniture brands I’ve bought from, the instructions were much clearer and all the parts were actually labelled properly, which made a huge difference. My partner and I had it built in under an hour with no arguments or stress, which is saying something! Everything lined up as it should and it feels really sturdy now it’s up. Really happy with it and I’d definitely buy from Danetti again.

"My order from Danetti turned up..."
My order from Danetti turned up packed really well. The box was sturdy, the corners were protected, and nothing was rattling around inside, which was reassuring. It did take a while to unpack, but I’d rather that than have something arrive damaged. Everything was clean and mark-free, so I’m happy with that side of it. The only annoying bit was the communication, which wasn’t very clear at times, so I wasn’t totally sure what was happening with the delivery.
