Delivered wrong chairs only sent 5 not 6, opened box that table was in only to find ceramic top smashed.
Did organise a new one to be sent very quickly 5 week wait for new chairs. Not the best experience .

"Amazing!"
We bought Leona Dark Grey Velvet Super King Size Bed With Storage and Plush Deluxe Medium Tension Super King Mattress with 1400 Springs for our new bedroom and we couldn't be happier with our choice. The bed looks and feels luxury, great quality, very comfortable to sleep on and with massive amounts of storage underneath. Very good and helpful customer service. Delivery was very quick. "Poor customer service"
I bought a large set of garden furniture (metal)from Danetti . It is two years old but the paint has all peeled off the table and the glass top is completely loose (and dangerous) so it looks awful now . I contacted customer services who said it’s caused by ‘condensation’ and they are unable to do anything. But suggest I buy glass paint and some glue to stick the glass back on! The furniture is stored indoors over the winter months.
I would expect far better quality for the money I spent.

"Dishonest and customer-unfriendly practices"
TL;DR: Dishonest and misleading sales practices, a business whose departments don't communicate, whose logistics team ship out returns and seconds advertised as 'new', and whose aftersales team admit the entire thing and still insist on making no effort to make the customer good.

The Detail:

Prior to purchasing 4 Dark Blue Clover Bar Stools with Brass legs, we enquired with the sales team if there would be any upcoming sales. We were informed that the next sale might be in July, but would not say whether this had been confirmed. As a kind gesture, they offered free delivery if we purchased immediately, representing a saving of £29.99 on an otherwise £1065.99 order.

Against our better judgement we proceeded. What arrived, were 3x Teal chairs and 1x Dark Green chair all damaged, with filthy packaging, missing accessories and rubber feet. Clearly we'd been sent seconds and returns, which from just a cursory read of any of the negative reviews here appears to be a common practice. How I wish we had been here first!

Helpfully, Danetti rearranged a next day exchange with new chairs which was completed succesfully and on a Saturday morning too. Kudos where kudos was due

Just under a week later, I received a promotional email telling me the price had reduced on the chairs from £259 to £199, a huge 30% discount. Feeling cheated, I contacted customer support to ask for a refund of the difference, and pointed to the less-than-a-week-ago email exchange demonstrating Danetti's dishonesty regarding upcoming sales events, and the extremely poor experience in originally having the chairs delivered, both of which I imagined they would be keen to put right without a quibble. I was told flatly this could not be honoured for a delivered order!

When I asked why I was lied to about the sale, stunningly Danetti openly admitted their agent mislead me. They told me their team that speak to customers about sales "are not always given advance notice of sales". This amounts to an admission that my incoming question was not relayed to anyone knowlegeable about sales, and instead agents are encouraged to mislead customers to generate sales.

Undeterred, given I had only had the chairs for a week and they advertise a 30-day free returns period, I made the point that I would be within my rights to order new chairs at the discounted price and return the existing chairs at full price. I offered that it would save Danetti money and be less hassle all round to just refund the difference. This was met with "our system does not allow us to deviate from the discount criteria, so I'm afraid we would have to collect for a refund".

So, in summary dishonest and misleading sales practices, a business whose departments don't communicate, whose logistics team ship out returns and seconds advertised as 'new', and whose aftersales team admit the entire thing and STILL insist on making no effort to make the customer good.

Danetti have now refunded the original amount

I'm sure there will be a waste-of-time boiler plate 'we take this very seriously' reply (which quite clearly their customer service don't!)

"Dining chairs look great but do not last - don't waste your money"
I bought 10 dining chairs 3 years ago, 6 of them have now broken in the same place, the first one breaking only 18 months into owning them and slowly it has gotten worse. There is no one in my house that would be considered heavy with the last chair breaking with my 11 year old daughter sat on in and hitting the floor quite hard. I don't feel comfortable using any of the remaining chairs as they are dangerous. Customer service have responded saying they will not take my request further as the damage happened over time but you can have a 20% discount if you want to buy more. I understand that the chairs are 3 years old but they claim to sell quality furniture and I expect them to last longer. Not a happy customer and I would avoid buying from them as the furniture looks great but the quality is bad.
